We would like to thank everyone who came out and participated in the 2014 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Our law firm prides its self on giving back to the Kansas City area. It was humbling to see how many people and businesses gathered together to help raise money for such a great cause. Alzheimer’s is the most common type of dementia with more than 26 million suffering from the disease. Adam, one of the firm’s founders says “this walk was extra special to me because my grandfather suffered from the disease. It is hard seeing someone who may not remember your name or remember exactly who you are to them. It is important that we raise money for such an important cause.” The walk raised more than 468,000 dollars and had more than 4,000 participants from all over the nation.
