Taimí Pabón

Associate | Attorney at Law

I became a lawyer to help those without a voice against injustice. I am motivated to help those who need it most.”

Taimí Pabón Rodríguez serves as an Associate Attorney at Krause & Kinsman, working on the Boy Scouts of America case. She also works as an Immigration, Family and Torts Attorney in the courts of Puerto Rico. During her years in law school, Taimí served as a Legal Officer and Administrative Assistant at Estudio Legal 401, Inc., handling civil cases, and legislative matters. She worked pro bono at Sociedad para Asistencia Legal, best known as SAL, drafting legal memoranda for criminal legislation proposals. Taimí holds a master’s degree in International Protection of Human Rights from the University of Alcala de Henares in Spain. During her years as a LL.M student she participated as an intern at “Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado” (CEAR) in Madrid, Spain, working with asylum seekers and researching country conditions. She also interned at the Organization of American States assisting in the Governmental Expert Group and with the Multilateral Evaluation Mechanism report. After graduating with her master’s degree, she decided to return to Puerto Rico and work as an Immigration Attorney at Julie Cruz Santana Law Office, focusing on family petitions, asylums, and cancelation of deportations. She is a Red Cross Volunteer.

Taimí also serves as a Notary Public in Puerto Rico and holds a Mediator Certificate issued by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. She is known for being an organized, responsible, client-oriented attorney who strives to help every client thrive.

During her spare time, Taimí loves to travel and taste the popular dishes of the countries she visits.  She also likes to go to the beach and read a good book.
