Amanda Cruz

Associate | Attorney at Law

Amanda Paola Cruz Martínez serves as a Mass Tort Associate Attorney. In this role, she helps individuals who have been affected by harmful products and circumstances. Her time as an associate attorney has deepened her commitment to seeking justice and providing support to her clients. She does so by helping her clients navigate complex legal situations with care and compassion.

Amanda previously served as a Law Clerk for a non-profit corporation, Corporación ENLACE, dedicated to helping a community affected by a polluted body of water.  Working in that capacity, she gained valuable experience in conducting legal research, drafting documents, and supporting litigation that led up to the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. This experience reinforced her desire to advocate for individuals who have been affected by a circumstance that was out of their control.

That dedication ultimately led her to become a Mass Tort Associate Attorney for Krause and Kinsman. During her time at the firm, Amanda has helped with the Zantac Litigation, where she aids clients who have been affected by a product, seeking justice for the lasting effects this product has had in their lives. She has also helped in the Maui Litigation, where many families and homes were devastated by the wildfires. Additionally, she has also worked with the Boy Scouts of America Sexual Abuse Lawsuit.

For each litigation, Amanda has dedicated her efforts to providing clients with strong and compassionate support. Her experience in handling sensitive cases has driven her to perfect the art of providing guidance to those affected, and she continuously strives to hold accountable those who are responsible.

Outside of work, Amanda always looks for new creative outlets like learning a new song on the ukulele, practicing French, and reading. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of all those she encounters.
