NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES
At the Krause and Kinsman Law Firm, we feel that those who are injured should not be obligated with expenses associated with their case.
That is why we advance all of the costs necessary to move each case forward. In addition, we do not require our clients to pay a retainer fee for our services. Most individuals who are injured are not in a position—economically or psychologically—to pay their attorney hourly fees in order to retrieve compensation for their injury months down the road. Our job is to improve our clients’ quality of life after they have been seriously injured. We do this by removing the burden from our client’s shoulders and placing it in to our hands. The Krause and Kinsman law firm provides an easy way for our clients to litigate their case by offering a contingency fee agreement. That means we don’t get paid unless you win your case. If you are looking for Kansas City Law Firms, look no further. Call us today for a free consultation.

When Adam is not at the office he enjoys spending time with his family at lake Okoboji, Iowa. He loves to fish, camp, and anything else that involves the outdoors.
